By accessing or using Tenazas (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tenazas is an open-source platform that provides one-click deployment and management of OpenClaw AI assistants. The Service allows you to configure, deploy, and monitor AI-powered bots that can interact through various channels including email.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Harass, abuse, or harm others, or generate content that does so
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the AI assistants to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions imposed by the Service

5. AI Assistant Usage

You are solely responsible for the behavior and output of the AI assistants you deploy through Tenazas. This includes any messages sent, emails composed, or actions taken by your assistants. You must ensure that your assistants comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services they interact with (e.g., Google’s Terms of Service for Gmail integration).

6. Gmail Integration

If you connect a Gmail account to your AI assistant, you authorize Tenazas to access your Gmail account within the scopes you approve. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or through the Tenazas dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring that the use of your Gmail account through our Service complies with Google’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Tenazas is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your configurations, data, or the output generated by your AI assistants.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenazas and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
